ATTENTION: THIS CAN BE PICKED UP IN TIME FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!! NO RESERVE-NO GAMES-JUST BID TO WIN!! Ready to ride (used last weekend) a very well maintained Honda XR-70R. Semi-automatic transmission 4 stroke engine Tires good No broken plastic (scuffs and scratches with normal wear) Everything works as it should This is my oldest son's dirt bike. We have had it for over 5 years now and purchased it from the original owner. It is the best running machine we have owned. He has cared for it and maintained it very well (changes oil 2x per year, run premium gas through it, oiled the chain regularly and cleaned it after riding each time). It does have normal wear, but I feel it is in much nicer shape than most of this age. I have taken pictures of the scuffs and scrapes (I caused the scrapes on the exhaust pipe and the tank over 4th of july weekend with how I had it loaded next to my Odessey for transport, my son was not happy with me). He rode it last weekend, all day sunday and as usual it ran and drove flawlessly. The only reason for getting rid of it, is that he has hit a growth spurt (13 years old) and it is a little small for someone his height. We just got him a new machine, so this one has to go to pay for it. This bike is ready to get on and ride as it is. I will be sad to see this one go, it is the only 'toy' I have not had ANY problems with. Wear items: there are the usual scuffs and scrapes to the plastic, but it presents itself well. Tires are good, brakes are good, chain is good. The grips are worn and could be changed. There is a cosmetic crack in the chain guard from the previous owner (a friend of mine). His son jumped the chain and it caught it. It DOES NOT affect the bike at all, i just want to disclose that. The transmission and semi-auto clutch operates as it should. it has had regular oil changes and does not smoke. A very tight machine. Please ask any questions you might have and I encourage you to come and inspect the bike for yourself. I think you will be happy! With that said, this is sold with absolutely no warranty and all sales are final. You are welcome to inspect it before bidding and make up your own mind what it is worth. I will make myself available Friday afternoon if you want to pick it up for the Labor Day Weekend. I require a $100 non-refudable deposit within 24 hours of the auction end and the balance due within 7 days of auction end at which time the machine must be picked up. Any failure to follow through with these terms will cause a forfeit of the deposit and the bike will be relisted for sale.
