2001 Ford Escort ZX2. I bought this car new at the Ford dealership and have taken good care of it. New alternator and battery installed last year, the oil was changed every 3,000 miles and you can tell by the strength in the engine. Manual transmission. Body is good, has a few dents and dings, and some scratches. Fading paint on the roof that may be easily fixed with a good wax job, I am not sure. The interior is in good shape and the carpets were just shampooed. This is a good car that has never left me stranded, never had to be towed in 10 years. The car gets great gas mileage and is listed at 31 mpg highway. The oil was recently changed and easily passed inspection in June. The windshield does have a crack in the middle that has been there for years. It is not in the field of vision and has not been an issue during inspections.
