This means that it has all the bells and wistles of a piolice vehicle without all the body modifications. There are no holes in the body or the interior where police lights and equipment would be. Its extremely clean and has low hours on the meter, and also comparibly low mileage for the year. The interior is in great shape and the body is near mint!.
