Vehicle Detail
My name is David and up for sale is my 1992 Honda Prelude Base S. The Car is in relatively great shape and I will go into great detail describing it. I'm Selling the Vehicle because it doesn't have air condition and it gets very hot in Texas. Also, I'm military and want a newer vehicle possibly to raise a family. Without futher postponement here we go. As you can see from pictures the car is Silver with a blue interrior. The interrior is in great condition with no tears or rips to the seats. All seat belts work and there are no cracks or scuffs on the dashboard. The car comes equipped with a kenwood 7'' touchscreen head unit that has navigation, blue tooth, and several other great options. The previous owner (for a stupid reason) took out the radio atenna. There are new after market guages and short throw shifter. On the driver side door, a piece of plastic has broken off from near the door handle but affects nothing, also one of the rear seat backs is missing. I think someone took it when we where doing the engine/transmission swap. The Carpet is farily decent with no rips, tears, or major stains either. Both Doors lock and windows go up and down. The Sunroof works very well, doesn't leak but the part underneath hangs down a little bit. Been told it's a easy fix and i documented it in pictures. On to the exterrior. The paint is in good condition but could use a touch up. The clear coat is not pealing at all. Near the passenger rear side fender is a rust spot that needs to be fixed ( about 4-5 in long) and there is a small spot on the sunroof, both of which have been documented as well. The Car has 17" Primax chrome rims wrapped around Nitto tires with very good thread left. It has Projector headlights and clear side marker and bumper lights. All lights work on the car. Next the Engine. The old F22 has been Swapped professionally with a JDM H22a Engine and M2A4 Transmission from Tigerjapense.com. It has roughly 29k miles on it now. The clutch is a brand new Exedy stage 2 racing and the flywheel has been replaced with a Fidanza light weight. The motor has a new starter, alternator, battery, fuel injectors, fuel rail, spark plugs, water pump, timing belt, NGK Racing 10.2mm wires, OBX racing headers, OBX silicone hoses, full stainless exhaust system, cold air intake, front strut bar and a BLOX Throttle body. Vtec has been wired by a RYWIRE subharness and works flawlessly. The car idles and takes off like it's supposed too and is very quick. The car has the check engine light on but has been on since the engine swap and it runs perfectly. The car shifts gears flawlessly as well. The car is very great on gas, yielding 19 mpg city, and 26 highway. I only use 89 or higher octane. The oil has just recently been changed about 1400 miles ago. If you have any questions at all or would like more pictures, just message me on here or text my cell at 325-277-4709. EDIT: The windshield has a small dime size crack in it but passed both Virginia and Texas state inspection. The Power steering belt has slightly slipped off the pulley, due to higher torque and i will be replacing it myself. I'm also going to replace the rotors. I'm selling the car as is with no implied warranty. I have the car listed in a local ad and have the sole right to end this auction early.
