Fun, sporting RX7 convertible needs a good home with someone able to give it some needed care. Bought the car and drove it a while making minor improvements thus far. The rotor housing were replaced by the prior owner and was running well. I planned on fixing the minor anomolies but just don't have time and have too many cars. This is an example for someone who has the interest and skills to care for the car. Overall it's in fair condition, but has a few areas that require attention as any car of this vintage would have. The car has a check engine light the seems to be related to the electrical system. I suspect this as the radio and clock to work intermitently and I have fixed by wiggling the connectors. The other items that I wanted to address was the slice in the lower convertible top caused by a vandal, refreshing the leather seats (previously a Florida car), replacing the trunk lid supports, and fixing the A/C. The air bag system displays a warning and I havent tried diagnosing that yet. The car is red with an automatic transmission. It has the factory BBS wheels and the premium sound system with speakers in the headrests and a secondary amp for rear speakers. The check engine light causes the car to go in "limp home" mode, but starts and can be driven though at a reduced performance level. This car needs a good home! It too nice to be ignored as I have been doing since I have too many other cars and responsbilities.
