1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer:body and frame have rust- motor runs 100%,BUT does need rear main seal (leaking oil), started to do job yesterday but very difficult while laying on my back w/o proper tools,NOTE-- TRUCK IS NOT RUNNING AT THIS TIME -OIL IS DRAINED OUT MAIN BEARING CAP IS LOOSENED UP AND HAVE 4 BOLTS HOLDING PAN ON - here's the story: radiator went bad- got one from junk yard- rad NG-leak trans fluid internally which caused it to mix w/ anti-freeze-returned rad to junk yard-NEEDS radiator-Transmission works in FOWARD only-No reverse-trans needs to be flushed due to anti-freeze mix w/ bad radiator-drivers window needs new flex track -(20.00 item)All window motors are good-ok, so that's the BAD part, now for the GOOD-like I said before this is my daily driver for the last 3 yrs. has never let me down. New parts listed are 1-3 yrs. old ...Edelbrock 4bbl performer carb-Edelbrock performer intake manifold-Edelbrock ceramic shorty headers-oil pump-timing chain&gears-water pump-oil pan-blower motor-MSD coil-ACCEL heavy duty wires-Accel cap&rotor-upper&lower hoses-all belts-Vortec muffler-fully welded 3in. exaust (which I cut to remove oil pan,can be welded back in place)--cat converter-MONROE heavy duty gas shocks-complete rear brake job (drums,pads,cyc,hard line)-replaced All window wipes-new rear window track&gasket-All glass in great cond-passed NJ inspection, good till 2013-a/c works but,needs retrofit-heat&defrost work (HOT)-ALL leather seats (pwr) work and are in Great cond.headliner should be replaced small sags-ONLY 97564 ORIGINAL miles-has the very rare Rhino grille and pie plates-round headlight conversion-any replacement part you may need is at BJS OFFROAD-(www)-kills me to sell it but just can't afford to have it fixed. feel free to email me w/ any Q.you have, selling as-is of course-no warranty-above mentioned problems sound bad ,but not really a big deal! a good mechanic can have this up and running in no time!!
