1987 K75s with 17,800 and still riding. Always garaged when at home. Rides and stops well. All gauges and lights work. I am the 4th owner. First owner bought it, kept it for years and never rode it. The second owner did all the dirty work( oils, gas tank, injectors, tires, splines greased) and got it this Gem back on the road, sold it and made some money. The third owner was a young guy who decided he wanted a real go fast bike and then the 4th, me an old guy who had just lost his Old r100rs in a fire and needed a ride. This K75s is the smoothest ride there ever was, no vibration at all. I just rode it on a 5000 trip and realize that I want a little more wind protection. Plus, I'm used to petcocks and dip sticks. I have had the bike for about two years and put about 10,000 miles on it with no mech. problems. I did have a leak in the gas tank that I fixed about 8k ago and have had no problems since. This engine is good for 200K or more from what I read about them. I didn't use a drop of oil on the 5k trip. And yes, I changed it and the filter at 2500 on the road. It does have one quirk. If I put it on the side stand overnight, it won't start on the first few cranks but If I put it on the center stand, it starts first time every time. $500. deposit from buyer within 48hrs please and the rest in cash when you pick it up and are satisfied. As far as I know, bike has has been dropped and does not look like it has. Tires are good. Also, for buy it now price I will include an extra set of side bags. They are red, regular size touring , in very very good condition and have two keys. And they fit this K bike.
