This is the car everyone is looking for! It is a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am, big block, four speed, t-top car. This is the same car that was used in the Smokey and the bandit movie. Overall the car is very solid. The car came out of the state of Pennsylvania. There are a few rust spots which can be seen in the photos including: where the passenger rocker panel meets the quarter, a spot on the lower passenger quarter behind the tire, and some spots in the trunk around the power antenna and the back edge of the floor. The car has been sitting outside for the past few weeks and the t-tops have shown no signs of leaking. The car has power windows, power door locks, power radio antenna, air conditioning, cloth seats, tilt steering column, and tach. The car is now powered with a pontiac 455 motor that runs excellent. I was told this motor came out of a 1970 Pontiac GTO. The carburator was just rebuilt. I do have a shacker scoop and a shacker hood that comes with the car. I also have a set of honeycomb rims that need to be refinished that will come with the car also. As far as the title goes, I have the original title with an error on the back. The buyer will recieve an MV50 (Retail Certificate of Sale) from my dealership with the original title and a letter of correction. This will make someone a great project!
