A 1978 Datsun 280Z with 69,572 original miles. I am the second owner, bought it from the original owner in 2003, I have receipts and repair invoices documenting the ownership and mileage. It has had only one paint job over the original, body is in good shape considering the age, also note the left rear rubber bumper guard has a slight inward flex (see photo). Side-view mirrors are window-fit aftermarket and are easily replaced. Original turbine-style wheels, GoodYear Assurance ComfortTread tires with less than 5000 miles. Door panels and headliner are all original and in great shape; I have replaced the carpet and seat covers, and added a dash cover (original dash has several cracks above the gauges). Original R-12 AC system works perfectly, and I will include ten 12 oz. cans of R-12 refrigerant. Mechanically, car is all original except that I have replaced the injectors, fuel hoses and fuel pumps, and all engine regulators and sensors, added Tokico shocks and springs all around, new bushings and ball joints, Toyota four piston calipers on the front wheels, MagnaFlow muffler, and a new power antenna. All the gauges including the original clock function properly. Engine compartment has original stickers. Original spare tire, jack, tool kit and tire inflation tank. Car starts and runs and drives fine; except that the idle stays low for a few minutes as the engine warms up. Also comes with the original owners manual and a factory repair manual on CD and in hardcopy. Thanks for looking.
