Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my Candy Apple Red 1998 Honda Goldwing Aspencade. The bike is loaded with options and accessories. I purchased the bike in 2007 after flying down to see it and I fell in love with it. With a turn in economic conditions I'm forced to sell it to get rid of a payment :( It rides great for the driver and passenger. I love having the backrest for me and my wife loves the armrests. The bike was having a charging problem this spring so she went to the shop for repair. New charging system (except battery, it was nearly new) and 700 in labor later she's working great! She'll be do for an oil change in approximately 650 miles. Some of the options are Am-Fm-Cassette with CB and intercom system. (Fake tape inserted right now for iPod/MP3 use) Reverse Tulsa windshield with air vent Cruise Control Avon Venom x Tires Differential serviced at every tire change Oil and filter changed every 3000 miles since new Compufire Alternator Accessories: Chrome Front rotor covers Multi color Ring of Fire Auxilary driving lights Chrome front fender extension Air wings (red) Chrome lower cowl Chrome fork covers Chrome reverse handle Chrome cowl above headlights w/eagle Chrome shark gills (vents) Lighted side lights on fairing w/grilles Chrome rear view mirrors Kurakyn front foot pegs Markland driver floorboards with upgrade heel toe shifter Passsenger Transformer floor boards Travelcade cloth seat with Backrest Chrome master cyl and clutch covers Chrome engine lower side covers Passenger arm rests Butler cup holder Air horn Chrome luggage rack 2 chrome flag poles Chrome LED trunk handle All trunk and saddlebag reflectors converted to lights Dual rear turn signal taillights Chrome light grilles on trunk and saddle bags Factory tool kit Chrome helmet peg holder and rear helmet holders Burl Walnut Dash kit with trunk walnut kit Chrome kuryakyn iso grips with throttle boss Trailer hitch Embroidered flag dash cover High output headlight white bulbs Motorcycle cover (covers whole bike including large windshield) The GPS mount currently included is for a Garmin GPS 60CX. I will leave the mount on there and you will only need to change the top piece to fit whatever unit you have. Now for the problems: The utility door on the right side where the passenger sits has a broken hinge. It stays in place just fine but has to be shut slowly. It's an inexpensive piece to replace if you want to. The body plastic over the battery has some cracking in it after a recent trip to the motorcycle garage for electrical work. I didn't realize it until I got it back home, three hours away. Another piece of plastic on the left side is off right now, the plastic around the screw attachment is broken. This can easily be glued in place, I just have not done it. This happened when I quickly returned to the brakes and shifters when a deer ran in front of me. The plastic piece was broken by my large fast feet.
