This is a 1995 Lincoln Town Car seized by the Milford DE Police Department as part of a criminal investigation. The vehicle was awarded to the Milford Police by the Superior Court of Delaware and there is a clear title. Vehicle is dirty and has dents and dings. The vehicle does not start, but with a charger, will start to turn over. It appears that the battery is bad. The vehicle was operating when seized and has been in storage pending the investigation for several months. The LR tire is the temporary spare and the original wheel and tire is in the trunk. There is no radio and the trunk release switch has been damaged to require a jump wire to open the trunk. The key for the door and trunk lid do not open the doors or trunk lid. Vehicle needs a good interior cleaning, the exterior paint is shiny but there are several dings and dents. Vehicle is being sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. No repairs will be made nor attempted prior to nor after the auction. Buyer is responsible for picking the vehicle up within 10 days after auction ends. Vehicle can be inspected at 400 NE Front Street, Milford DE 19963 By Appointment ONLY. The City Of Milford accepts Cash, Personal Checks ( hold for verification), and Cashier Checks. We do not finance, and full payment is due within 10 days of end of auction. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS. The City of Milford is unable to offer assistance with vehicle removal.
