Up for auction is a 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible. It is white with blue top and interior. It has 78,188 original miles. This car was originally purchased by my father. It is an automatic and fully loaded. It does have a fair amount of wear on the seats and door panels on leather and interior. The car runs good and shifts fine. It hasn't been driven much over the past 5 years. The body is straight but does have several dings primarily on the doors and a few rock chips in the paint and drivers rear side bumper has a scuff in rubber pad . The hood struts and trunk struts are weak and don't hold up. Everything works fine except the power antenae doesn't work and the air blows out of the floor, vents and defrost at the same time. The a/c does blow cold. There is a very small amount of rust where the trunk lit meets the body. The car looks good but is 22 years old and being sold as is. Please ask any question and I will be glad to respond. On Jul-09-11 at 21:23:13 PDT, seller added the following information: I have all new wood trim pieces that have not been replaced yet. The shifter console wood has been replaced already. Has K&N reusable air filters. Its been 5 years ago, but my father had a tune up done on it. Its always been serviced on schedule and always used mobil 1 oil. I just changed oil in it with mobil 1 15w/50 synthetic oil. Tire have 95% tread left.
