It is an award-winner and was built by internationally acclaimed and award-winning builder Kosmic Kustoms. Car was built for 2009 Boise Roadster show where it won first for its class of full custom. It also won there in 2010. Body: Restoration was started from an original clean car. Body was put on a rotisserie and painstakingly massaged into flawless shape. Body is all original with original emblems, side tirm, and all exterior trim. All trim aluminum/stainless has been straightened and polished. Body has no dents or dings or scratches and in beautiful shape. Body color is blue pearl metallic and silver top using PPG's finest materials including epoxy and filler primers, base coat, and clear coats. Interior: Interior has all been replaced. The seats, door panels, and side panels are a PU leather in a slight two-tone silver/carbon fiber done in the original pattern and the shape and fit are flawless and are in excellent condition with no tears or rips. Seats have been reconditioned and repadded. Carpet is a cut-pile dark blue. Headliner is a white star pattern. Special care was taken when building door and side panels to fit properly. Dash has auto meter gauges, gas, temp, oil, and water, with original speedometer. Ash tray has been coverted to hold Air Ride controls. Custom center stereo location for Pioneer CD/detachable face unit. Rockford Fosgate highs and mids speakers are flush mounted on kick panels. Custom rear box holds two 10-inch punch subs with two hidden amps. Has Lokar floor-mounted shifter. Steering wheel is an aluminum Billet specialties to match rims. Motor: Motor is a high-performance small block ZZ-4 crate motor form Chevrolet. Has a hot cam kit installed to boost HP to 425 and over 400 ft/lbs. Motor has aluminum heads, polished aluminum intake, Holley 750 double pumper. The solid foundation of the ZZ4 comes in the way of a 4 bolt main cat iron block with a forged steel crankshaft, hypereutectic pistons, hydraulic roller cam and aluminum cylinder heads. Exhaust is Rewarder ceramic-coated 2-1/2 inch 3/4 back headers. Exhaust is 2-1/2 inch exhaust with Flow masters two-chamber mufflers. Exhaust exits through hidden tips in front of rear tire for a clean look. ( With big cam, headers, mufflers, and exit point, car sounds awesome.) Motor has less than 3,000 miles on it. Transmission: Turbo 350 Rear end: Stock with 373 gears. Suspension: Air Ride Cool Ride system. New shocks. Air Ride front muscle sway bar. Compressors, tank, amps, battery (Optima) hidden in spare tire compartment. Frame: Has been fully welded for strength. Original X-frame is only partially welded (stitched). Frame has been C-notched to allow clearance for headers due to X-frame. The frame has been powder coated blue hammertone and is a straight frame that has never been hit. Brakes: 4-wheel Wilwood four-piston zinc-plated and cross-drilled rotors. Stainless steel brake lines with all new hard lines. Wheels: are Billet Specialties 18 x 8 fronts and 20 x 10.5 rears and fit perfect with no rubbing. Glass: New front windshield with factory tint and sunshade with no scratches, pits, or chips. Wind wing, door, and quarter glass is new with factory tint. Rear quarter glass, curved, is original and has been polished, and has no bubbles, chips, cracks, and is in excellent shape. Tailgate glass is original and has been polished and in good shape. All rubbers and seals are new. Door windows roll up and down smoothly. Bumpers: They have been straightened to perfection and are triple show chromed with original bumper guards. Custom touches: Custom-made wood-slat vintage-style roof rack. Wood is tinted candy blue and clear coated for protection. Front turn signals have been sanded smooth and cleared with candy blue tint. The rear taillights have all been cleared with a candy blue tint. This car was built to compete in an indoor roadster show but also to be driven and enjoyed.
