Up for consideration is this beautiful 1950 Oldsmobile 4 door sedan with 88 Rocket V8 302 cubic inch engine. Factory horse power is 135. It has 69,000 original miles on the vehicle. I am the second owner of this vehicle which was purchased from the original owner in 1990. Since then, the car has undergone some restoration. Rechromed the bumpers (not all the chrome has been done), repainted in July of 2003 (Color: Candy Apple Red Metallic), interior seats recovered to as close to original as possible, and new carpet and headliner. Motor is original with exception to regasketing. Transmission is a futurmatic/automatic and is 100% original (trans shop says that the trans is solid). See picture below for original spare tire and rim. There is no rust visible on the car. The frame and underbody was also painted in July of 2003. This car drives straight and true down the road. Other things have been replaced such as all new chassis and body wiring harness. This is a 6 volt electrical system. This vehicle has been heated and garage kept since 1990. This car has had about 2500 miles put on it since 1990. This vehicle will be sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY. Payment must be recieved within 7 days after the auction ends.
