Hey I have up for sale a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. The car is in good cosmetic condition as I was building a showcase/daily driver. Last week I was coming down the road and the car cut off. I got it towed home and checked all the fluids nothing is low and it still turns over but will not crank I don't know what the problem is. I got the head redone about 2 months ago along with a Gates Racing Timing Belt, intake and exhaust valves, new triple layer (MLS) racing headgasket, new EGR, NGK plugs and wires. The car was running fine up until this ago actually drove it to Miami, FL two weeks ago 12hrs straight no problems. Always kept the maintenance up on the car. Only one check engine light for the O2 sensor of because I recently deleted the cat. SOLD AS-IS Great Project for someone with the tools or time. On Aug-04-11 at 17:03:24 PDT, seller added the following information: As of August 4, 2011 the car is running it knocks but is running and moveable I don't know how far it will drive yet but I have been around my neighborhood in it. A licensed mechanic said that one of the cylinders is not firing and unsure of the cause doesn't look to be a thrown rod or anything internal because the oil is clean and free of any shavings, debris, or sludge.
