Super CLEAN cruiser, recently tuned up, runs well. 5-speed, 650cc (40 c.i.), single cylinder thumper, belt drive. Low miles: less than 9k original miles. Newer Dunlop rear tire, front tire is at minimum tread and should be replaced soon. Always kept in garage or covered. Clean black seats in excellent condition with no tears, rips, or signs of wear. The Suzuki Savage LS650/Boulevard S40 is a good motorcycle for beginners due to its easy handling and light weight at 352 lbs. But its classic design and ease of maintenance also make it a "preferred choice" for older, more experienced riders. With a low seat height of 27.6 inches, it has been considered a bike for people under 6 feet tall, but riders taller than 6 feet can be equally comfortable with the addition of forward controls. The LS650 is virtually the same bike as the Suzuki Boulevard S40 being produced today. This bike is great urban transportation because it is narrow, maneuvers easily, has willing power characteristics, gets terrific fuel mileage and is inexpensive to insure.
