Attention Land Rover Enthusiasts - RELISTED DUE TO AN OVERSEAS BUYER HITTING BUY IT NOW - Up For Sale is a great candidate for a Minor Restoration. My Landy needs someone who can take the time to perform Minor surgery while enjoying the relationship you will have at the end of this endeavor. Owned by a Doctor in Maine and sitting in a Barn for the past 20 years (includes the MAINE Plates from 1990), I was able to install a new distributor (was missing), plugs, battery and had her running within an hour (with the help of a fuel line in a fresh tank of fuel). Her Frame is original and not in the best of shape (IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED), lucky for you, the new owner, the price includes a replacement FRAME (SEE PICTURES). The Engine-Synchronized Trans.-Interior-Body Panels-Glass and Roof are in great shape. The lower corners of the fire wall are not great either but Rovers North has a simple cure for this issue (well simple when you are putting on a new frame). The Landy is complete and not missing anything including a spare and hood mounted spare tire holder. There are a few broken lenses but other than that you are purchasing a complete unmolested vehicle. This vehicle has never had anything aftermaket (stereo, speakers etc.) screwed into headliner or interior pieces. UPDATED=UPDATED=UPDATED=UPDATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! New Clucth-Pressure Plate and Slave Cylinder ($139.00 + $79.88 + $98.20 at Rovers North) Yes the Buy it now went up by $1000.00 and you now get an additional $1495.88 worth of parts that you should repalce when you install the frame. Many of you have inquired about the possibility of repairing the frame. It is my opinion that the Frame is UNREPAIRABLE due to rot. I have included the pictures of the replacement frame in this listing. Anything can be fixed, but the effort needed to repair this one would exceed the time to just replace it.
