I am selling my car because it is too expensive to take it with me to college, and I can't afford to let it sit in my driveway at home and continue paying insurance for a car I can't drive most of the year. I have loved and babied this car since I purchased it three years ago, but I need to let it go. Powertrain: The Engine, transmission and clutch are in excellent shape. Brakes are great too. The suspension components are perfect for daily driving but I wouldn't take this car to a track. I have installed (with professional help) two aftermarket performance parts: A K&N cold air intake, and a cat-back exhaust from CM Performance Exhaust. Both of these parts are bolt ons, and make it easier for the engine to breathe without hurting the reliability. The exhaust does make the car sound quite louder and more aggressive than stock, which I love. Interior: Seats are great with almost no wear considering age. CD player installed to replace stock tape deck. Speaker system sounds great. There are one or two minor rips and tears in the upholstery but for the most part the interior is in good condition. The air conditioning also stopped blowing cold three months ago. I haven't minded because I just put the top down, but that's something to be aware of. Exterior: The paint is ok. If you wax it it shines a bright red, but otherwise its not as shiny. The picture should give you a good idea of the paint (Some are after wax, but most are what it looks like without). There are some dents and dings on the body. You would never notice them unless you looked for them, but they are still there. This car is perfect for someone who thinks that driving is more than getting from point A to point B. The sound of this car while driving with the top off, combined with the manual transmission really makes this an experience to drive. Email me with questions, or to set something up!
