Up for sale is a beautiful 2000 BMW 528, that my friend owned and enjoyed. He is selling the vehicle due to his relocation in Eurpioe for a job assignment, and although he would love to take the vehicle with him, the cost of shipping and the length of time it would take him to receive the vehicle foces the sale. This car is mechanically in excellent overall condition. My friend operates and runs a mechanical shop for over 400 Metro school buses, and personally did all the maintenance of this vehicle. The drive train is perfect and has received all oil changes and tune ups. The engine and transmission run and shift flawlessly as when new, and the car has no leaks and does not burn any oil. The tires have approximately 45% tread life left, and the brakes have been overhauled less than 7k miles ago. My friend has stated that new pads were replaced all around as well as the rotors. All climate controls work, and all electroncs work as well. The body on the car is generally in excellent condition and the paint shines brite. Some imperfections in the bumper covers need attention if you want to make the car perfect as well as some light abrasions and dings on the door panels. The cars' interior is near flawless and with a good detail will look like new. This car runs and drives excellent, and will make an excellent driving vehicle, and is a fine example of superior workmanship and crafstsmanhip that BMW is known for.
