It belongs to my 93 year old mother-in-law, who used it rarely and gave up driving totally five years ago, after a few parking lot scrapes, (see photos). Since then, it has been in semi-storage and has always been garaged. My brother-in-law and/or I have driven it a few miles every couple of weeks to keep the fluids circulating and to avoid "storage syndrome." The car has never been smoked in and rarely seen winter or rain. No rust, no dents other than what has been mentioned, perfect interior. Brakes, lights, tires, everything works. New Battery. The only mechanical glitch I have found is a "Low Refrigerant" warning light for the air conditioning. Not surprising, since the car has rerely been driven long enough to circulate the refrigerant. The air conditioning does work, and it cools the car, but it probably just needs a recharge. Otherwise, this is a real "turn key" vehicle in practically immaculate condition. Start it up and enjoy years of trouble-free, luxurious driving in the Cadillac tradition. The car is located in Sea Cliff, New York, approximately 1/2 hour east of New York City, on Long Island. I sometimes wish it was a real rag top and not just the look alike. The ride is Cadillac. It provides good comfort for long trips. Performance is unbelievable for such a small V-8. I get 27 MPG on trips with the cruse set to 75 MPH and the AC on high and 18 MPG around town. If they still made them, I would be buying a new one. Is an excellent automobile. I do all the maintenance on it, but some of the parts are high priced. The 4.9 liter engine is very responsive and gets good gas mileage on the highway, provided you keep it under 80 mph. Have no regrets on purchase. Will drive it until the wheels fall off."
