You may recall this truck was listed last week. I ended the auction early after receiving an offer outside ebay. That deal fell through when the buyer flaked. So here is the truck listed again with no reserve. This time, the auction will not be ended early. The high bidder will win this great truck. For your consideration is a 1989 Ford F150 for sale with no reserve. I bought this for my son a few years ago and spared no expense making sure the vehicle was safe for him. Truck is 2wd with 5 spd manual transmission. It has dual gas tanks. It has AC but it will need a charge. Interior is in very good condition for the age. The exterior has a fair home-done black paint job that is presentable but not show quality. The truck does have a few dents commensurate with its age. There are no rust issues. New parts with less than 5000 miles on them: rebuilt clutch, new brake manifolds, new brake lines, new drum brakes in the back, new brake shoes on the front. Brand new battery, new coil, new distributer and rotor. Recent tuneup including new plugs, plug wires and timing. 4 good tires with 80-90% tread left. 2 brand new snow tires for winter are included in the sale. The engine is the famous ford windsor inline 6. The engine runs perfectly and gets surprisingly good gas mileage for a truck. This truck has alot of life left in it. The only issue with the truck is a problem with the front gas tank sending unit. It is slow to fill the tank and does not send an accurate reading to the dash gauges. We just use the back tank and thus the front tank issue doesn't bother us. There is also a fuse or relay out with the turn signals. I will have the turn signals operational for the buyer. Overall, this is a good, solid, everyday driver. It should provide the new owner with an economical, reliable ride at a cheap price. Though the truck is as described, it is an old truck and is not a show truck. There will be no warranties, returns, or refunds. Buyer must pickup the vehicle and pay cash at pickup. This is a no reserve auction.
