Up for auction is a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner with a 440 engine and 727 automatic transmission. It also has a posi rear end. The odometer shows 95,733 miles and I believe those miles to be actual. The vehicle fires up on command, sounds good and runs well. This car will have no problems turning over the tires. This is an original 383 car. The transmission shifts into all gears rather smoothly and the rear end hooks up well. The tires are almost brand new and the rims are still in very good condition. The engine compartment is very clean. The body of the car is driver quality and looks good. It is not perfect but looks great driving down the road. The paint looks great and shines to a high gloss finish. The underside of the car is super clean and makes a great foundation for a future restoration if that trips your trigger. I will say that it is very rare to find a 42 year old car that is this clean underneath. The floors, trunk, and frame rails are great. You will be hard pressed to find a 69 Roadrunner this clean underneath for this price. The interior is in good shape. The pictures do not do it justice. I am in the middle of finalizing the process of detailing it. It will clean up very well. The dash pad is almost perfect and the headliner is brand new. The windows go up and down and function properly. The seat belts are also still with the car. The exhaust is brand new. The bumpers are in great shape and look almost brand new.
