IT IS POWERED BY THE AWESOME 6.0 LITER POWERSTROKE TURBO DIESEL MOTOR AND BACKS TO A 5 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. THIS TRUCK HAS SPENT IT'S ENTIRE LIFE HERE IN SUNNY RUST FREE ARIZONA AND HAS NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO HARSH WEATHER OF ANY KIND. TO START WITH THIS IS MY PERSONAL TRUCK AND PURCHASED IT FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHEN IT HAD 20,000 MILES 3 YEARS AGO. IT WAS ORIGINALLY OWNED BY A RETIRED COUPLE WHO WANTED TO TOW AN RV BUT WOUND UP USING IT A FEW TIMES AND TRADED THE TRUCK AND TRAILER INTO THE LOCAL RV DEALERSHIP AND I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. I HAD A BRAND NEW 2008 FORD WITH THE 6.4 LITER DIESEL AND HATED IT. I COULD GET NO BETTER THEN 11 MPG WITH IT AND MISSED MY 6.0 POWERSTROKE THAT GOT 20 MPG ALL DAY LONG SO I SOLD IT AND PURCHASED THE LOWEST MILEAGE 6.0 I COULD FIND. I HAVE SPENT A TON OF MONEY UPGRADING MY TRUCK AS I ALWAYS DO AND NOW THAT FORD HAS COME OUT WITH A BETTER MOTOR FOR 2011 I AM GOING TO BUY A BRAND NEW ONE. THE RADIO ALSO DOUBLES AS A TV AND YOU CAN WATCH A MOVIE IN THE FRONT SEAT AS WELL FOR A TOTAL OF 3 TELEVISION MONITERS. 2 WAY REMOTE PAGING ALARM WITH KEYLESS ENTRY AND REMOTE START THAT WORKS AT LEAST 1/4 MILE AWAY BANKS POWER PACK COMPUTER WITH A 6 GUN SHOOTER AND A PALM PILOT PDA THAT MONITERS EVERY FUNCTION AND CAN SWITCH POWER LEVELS WHILE DRIVING BANKS STAINLESS STEEL TURBO BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH A CAT BYPASS PIPE(ORIGINAL CAT COMES WITH TRUCK) AFE STAGE 2 AIR INTAKE TURBONETICS POLISHED ALUMINUM INTERCOOLER DUAL OPTIMA RED TOP DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES BILLET FRONT GRILL TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER FIRSTONE REAR AIRBAG KIT WITH ELECTRIC AIR COMPRESSOR WITH IN DASH GAUGE AND CONTROLS 60 GALLON AUXILARY FUEL TANK IN THE BED WITH AN ELECTRIC PUMP TO TRANSFER TO THE MAIN TANK(GOES OVER 1300 MILES ON A FULL TANK) LINE-X SPRAY IN BEDLINER BED RAILS FOR A FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER OR A GOOSENECK HITCH SETUP WITH AN EXTRA TRAILER BRAKE PLUG INSIDE THE BED SOFT TONNEAU COVER FOR EASY ACCESS TO THE EXTRA FUEL TANK TINTED FRONT WINDOWS AND EXTRA TINT ON THE REAR WINDOWS TO PROTECT FROM THE ARIZONA SUN IT IS HARD WIRED FOR A VALENTINE ONE RADAR DETECTOR AND THE RADAR IN THE PICTURES IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SALE OF THE TRUCK. I FAITHFULLY SERVICE MY TRUCKS AND NEVER SPARE ANY EXPENSE ON SERVICE. I DO 5,000 OIL CHANGES WITH ROTELLA OIL, PERFORMED A MAJOR 30,000 AND REPLACED EVERY FLUID IN THE VEHICLE INCLUDING SYNTHETIC FLUID IN THE TRANSMISSION, SYNTHETIC FLUID IN THE TRANSFER CASE, FRONT DIFFERENTIAL AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL. AT 60,000 MILES I PERFORMED THE EXACT SAME SERVICE AND REPLACED THE ORIGINAL FRONT ROTORS, BRAKE PADS, REAR ROTORS AND REAR BRAKE PADS JUST TO BE SAFE. WHEN I PURCHASED THE TRUCK I IMMEDIATLY REPLACED THE BF GOODRICH TIRES WITH BRAND NEW TOP OF THE LINE MICHELIN TIRES AND STAY HAVE PLENTY OF TREAD REMAINING ON THEM WITH OVER 40,000 MILES DRIVEN ON THEM SO FAR. THE TRUCK ITSELF IT LOADED WITH PRETTY MUCH EVERY POSSIBLE FACTORY OPTION AND LIKE MOST TRUCKS SOLD NEW HERE IN ARIZONA, EVERYTHING BUT HEATED SEATS. SO I ORDER A NICE 2 STAGE HEATED SEAT KIT AND HAD IT INSTALLED IN THE TRUCK AND IT WORKS MUCH BETTER THEN THE FACTORY ONE DOES. IT IS A LARIAT MODEL WHICH COMES WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES PLUS IT HAS THE FX4 OFF ROAD PACKAGE, POWER SLIDING REAR WINDOW, POWER ADJUSTABLE PEDALS, 2 TONE PAINT, SIDE DOOR MOULDINGS, EXTENDABLE TOW MIRRORS, KEYLESS ENTRY PAD ON THE DRIVERS DOOR, TOW PACKAGE, 3:73 LIMITED SLIP REAR AXLE. IT DID NOT COME WITH THE REAR PARK SENSORS SO I PUT THE CAMERA IN WHICH COMES ON AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU SHIFT INTO REVERSE AND I CAN BACK THE TRUCK UP TO WITHIN AN INCH OF ANY OBJECT AND THE BEST PART IS THAT WHEN I HOOK IT UP TO MY TRAILER I GET THE HITCH DIRECTLY OVER THE BALL ON THE FIRST TRY EVERY SINGLE TIME. IF YOU HAVE A TRAILER THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. YOU WILL NOT FIND A NICER TRUCK ANYWHERE, I HAVE SOLD OVER 200 SUPERDUTY TRUCKS AND YOU NEVER FIND THEM LIKE THIS!!! THE ACCIDENT FREE PAINT AND BODY ARE IN EXCELLENT OVERALL CONDITION AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 MINOR BLEMS ON THE WHOLE TRUCK. THERE IS A SMALL CREASE IN THE BACK TAILGATE FROM A DUMPSTER AT MY SHOP THAT ROLLED A LITTLE TO FAR AND A VERY SMALL DENT IN THE RIGHT REAR CAB CORNER THAT APPEARED AFTER I LET MY ASSISTANT BORROW IT. THE INTERIOR IS LIKE NEW AND IS TOTALLY ODOR FREE. MECHANICALLY THIS TRUCK IS 100% PERFECT AND NEEDS ABSOLUTLY NOTHING AND SHOULD NEED NOTHING FOR A LONG TIME. 90% OF THE MILES I HAVE PUT ON THE TRUCK ARE TRIPS DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND PROBABLY HAS MADE 15 TRIPS TO CALIFORNIA AT 1000 MILES PER TRIP AND 20 TRIPS TO LAS VEGAS AT 700 MILES PER TRIP. I OCCASIONALLY TOW A 1 CAR TRAILER WITH IT BUT HAVE A DEDICATED TOW TRUCK I USUALLY USE AND I HAVE A FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER THAT I USE TWICE A YEAR AND THIS TRUCK PULLS IT WITH NO PROBLEM AND THE REAR AIRBAGS WORK GREAT. IT IS A GREAT MULTI-USE TRUCK AND BETWEEN THE EXTRA LONG FUEL RANGE AND THE ABILITY TO TOW A BUMPER PULL TRAILER, A GOOSENECK TRAILER OR A FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER IT HAS COME IN VERY HANDY SEVERAL TIMES.
