The van is in need of body work.When I purchased the van on E-Bay,I was told it had rust on it,but thought it would pass inspection in PA.A mechanic told me it needs body work to be inspected.The engine is excellent,V8,and the van is built with handicap access hand controls.The van can be driven normal ,as well.It has controls at 4 or 5 locations for the lift.I am like the 4th owner of the van.I bought the van from someone in Maryland.The van originally came from Syracuse NY.Only had it for about 1 month and am not a body repair person.This van is good for someone mechanically inclined.Payment must be paid within seven days of the sale.$500 deposit within 48 hours of the sale.Paypal is unaccepted.Cash or certified check only.Anyone who successfully wins the bid will have to make arrangements to pick it up.I WILL NOT SHIP IT!!!
