I recently bought this bike from the second owner he purchased it with 5000 miles on it. He kept it for 18 years putting on only about 2300 miles. I bought it for a long term project keeper but have recently found 2 more bikes that I want to keep instead of this one. He kept the bike in descent shape for long term storage with very few miles put on over the years, he had this bike and a full dressed Goldwing that was his primary ride. The bike has some typical long term storage issues, tires need replaced and some other minor rubber pieces. I have noticed the throttle return cable not hooked up and choke cable does not seem to be adjusted correctly. The battery is a sealed one but seems too small. The bike has some normal scratches and 1 small ding in the front fender and minor rust on some of the chrome. I have put on approx. 140-150 miles on the bike since I purchased the bike it is rideable but does need tires and carbs cleaned and tune-up to run perfect, I have noticed no oil leaks but have seen some smoke come from exhaust pipe on left side under valve cover but nothing major. The bike comes with a back rest/ luggage rack not on the bike. This is a very nice vintage bike that with some TLC will be a nice ride for anyone.
