What work was done on the body, floor, and undercarriage? What work was done on the braking system and cooling system?I have owned and driven this vehicle for quite a few years now. When I took it off the road, I had intended a full restoration, but I have decided to sell this classic muscle car to make room for another project in my collection. Brakes are 4 wheel drum. I have replaced all 4 drums, shoes, spring kits, wheel cylinders, and both emergency brake cables. The cooling system included flushing the block and replacing the radiator with a new 4 row unit, as well as thermostat and housing. The engine has a very mild cam. It is a matching number 396 325 HP. Stock intake has been replaced with an Edelbrock aluminum intake, stock points distributor replaced with HEI, carburetor replaced with new Holly 650. Original exhaust and intake manifolds go with the truck. One was cracked and welded. They were replaced with Hooker headers. This truck includes a complete Flow Master exhaust system and duel mufflers. Engine work includes duel row timing chain and gears, cover, and high output damper. Many chrome engine accessories, including alternator and air cleaner breather. Engine is VIN matching number. Transmission is 4-speed VIN matching number and has all new seals and gaskets, as well as upgrade of brass synchronizer kit. Rear end is 10 bolt positraction...unknown if original to vehicle. Entire front end, ball joint to ball joint, has been replaced, including tie rods, idler arm, etc., as well as all upper and lower control arm bushings. All u-joints have been replaced and upgraded. Interior has new carpet, a console with clock, and Hurst shifter. Gauge cluster upgraded. Body professionally restored, all metal. Rear quarters, bed, floors, and hood...all new and all metal. Floor rails and bed rails replaced. Original paint is Bolero red. Sheet metal and body in excess of $18,000 invested, not including all mechanical components.
