Vehicle Detail
Unfortunatly, we have to relist Dad's car because the buyer purchased another vehicle. So, if you have less than 10 as a feedback, don't bother to bid. The bids can and will be cancelled. You can contact us through ebay to work out an agreement. Dad is a 94 years old and has decided to quit driving his car. He asked me, his daughter to handle the sale of it on E-Bay, again. THIS IS A NON-SMOKER VEHICLE AND NO ONE HAS EVER SMOKED IN IT. The car has always run great. It has at this time a little less than 46,000 original miles. It was purchased new from Pinkerton Chevrolet in Salem, Va. The car spent half its life in Roanoke, Va then went north to Dover, Pa. Then on down to Wildwood, Fl for the past 3 years, where it is now located. The original MSRP window sticker comes with the vehicle. The only items not original equipment on the car are remote keyless entry, tinted windows and the tires, which have less than 5000 miles. Included are photos of the window sticker that show all of the options that came on this Caprice Classic. The car has no dings, dents or front end chips. The windshield is in excellent condition - again no chips or sand damage. Included is a brown manilla envelope in the pouch on the back of the driver's seat with most all the service receipts for the various things done to the car through the years. There is an Owners Manual in the glove compartment and a Repair type Manual on the back seat. There is also a large windshield reflective screen. There is always something that is not perfect and I can attempt to point out the things you should know about. The passenger side rear door window sticks about half way down. The motor is fine, it's just that the window hangs up. It has to be helped manually to get it back up. Dad said he had both a '91 and '93 and they had the same rear window problem. The bumper covers (both front and rear) have a clear coat that is peeling. The body side- mouldings are vinyl with an adhesive back and don't look their best. They could be removed and/or replaced. Seller reserves the right to end auction/listing because car is "FOR SALE" locally. If you are a bider, may we wish you good luck. If your not bidding, thanks for reading this and if you know someone wanting a really nice car, please pass on the information.
