Classic Vw Beetle I am forced to sell my 63 Vw Bug that I have had for the past 2 yrs.....It has been painted 2 tone Porsche speed yellow and Black, paint job looks clean but is not a show car, just a nice paint, driven daily w normal wear, tear, and small knicks in the paint in some areas, there is only one small visible dent on front hood you can see in the pics, otherwise is the bug is pretty straight. Its a Converted 12V system with a 1200cc small 40hp motor that runs good but is tired and could use a rebuild, it leaks oil from rear main seal. It is the only visible leak, but do have to add oil all too often. I drive it around town everyday to and from school w no problems. It comes with a 30 pict mid size carburetor, alternator upgrade, .009 distributor equipped with electronic ignition, so you don't have to ever change the points ever again. It has and a single pack quite muffler that has the exaust tip cut, so it sounds a little louder than normal. The alt and charging system is working great. The Transmission is a Freeway Flyer and runs and shifts well with no issues, and does not leak, clutch was serviced not too long ago. It has a fairly new Battery, and starter motor. Brakes are excellent and stop very well, its drum brakes all around. The suspension up front is an adjustable beam that can go down 3inches from stock height. I recently installed fresh powdercoated smoothies all around, with new hubcaps and clips, wheels are Nankang135's w good tread up front, rears are Federal formoza195/60/15 w some wear. Air shocks in the rear with no leaks on either lines, so you can go from mild lowered from to pretty much stock look out back w the use of a compressor or pump, the pictures are w Air shocks fully loaded. All electrical works with the exception of the turn signals, but the wiring is all there and could just be a flasher needed, has working gas gauge, new front complete turnsignals. The gas tank has been flushed and has new german fuel lines fitted all the way up to the carb, w new fuel filters. The doors, front hood latch, rear deck lid are secure and lock w key. Just installed new side/vent window rubber and outside scrapers, felt channels are also new, windows slide up and down effortlessly. The interior Seats are all there, front are black stock basket weave with no major tears, and rear has different material so It has a blanket over it, still has good cushion, could use door panels, a carpet kit, and headliner. I do have the wiper motor for it aswell. Accessories include a set of reproduction Albert side mirrors, fluted front headlight lenses, Empi shifter w reverse trigger lock, fully functional fog lights, clean glove box, parcel tray, cup holder basket, and roof rack which is not pictured.
