Owned this bike since 2006, never had any problems with it until I didn't take it out for two seasons. I'd moved to KC by that point and have discovered that I'm just not willing to deal with any of the local bike shops' nonsense. Last one I was at went out of business while they were supposed to be fixing my bike. Tired of dealing with it, so I'm letting this go cheap. The bike needs carbs cleaned, new brakes, and a new battery. About $300 total in parts and the labor is whatever you can do it for yourself, paid for the estimate, happy to refer you to the shop that did it. Great project bike. Other listings for bikes like this run significantly higher. As shown in the pictures, this is the rare dark blue 1983 Magna. Only 10% of the '83's were of the dark blue variant color, and 1983 was the fastest year for these. I've been up to around 130 with no problems. This is pretty much the '69 Mustang of street bikes, held the Guinness world record from 1983 to 1989 when the first 1000cc Ninja's came out. Has a smooth, comfortable ride.
