1998 Volkswagen jetta tdi, 190,180 miles, 5 speed manual transmission. Car is equipped with air conditioning, cruise control, premium radio/ cd changer, power sunroof, power locks and power mirrors. This is a third vehicle for me, I have owned it since 2008, in that time I have stored it in a heated garage and only driven it on trips or when my rabbit was being maintained , it has been trouble free in the 8000 or so miles I’ve put on it. The car has never hesitated to start even on the coldest of days and returns good fuel economy, around 45 in town and 48 or 49 on the highway. There is a small tear in the fabric on the rear seat that is shown in the photos. There is also the very beginning of some rust just behind the drivers side front tire that is in the photos, it is at this point, just starting to bubble the paint in a quarter sized area. Car has no water leaks(including the sunroof) and doesn’t leak oil or antifreeze. In my time of ownership I have replaced the alternator, both front brake rotors and pads, front bushings, front driver side cv axle shaft and rear shocks. The fuel, oil and air filter have been changed within the last 1000 miles. The oil is Rotella 15-40 synthetic. The timing belt was changed by the previous owner at 160,000 miles. (Tape at left of steering wheel is to help me keep track of these changes) The car runs smoothly and surprisingly quite down the road. The wires attached to the right side of the consol are for additional 12volt supplies and the small wire is to allow you to use an xm/sirrus radio without static. Paypal will be only accepted for the deposit, rest of payment is strongly prefered to be cash in person.
