Up for your vacation and around town use is a 1993 Ford E-150 Hi-Top Conversion Van which is loaded to the hilt with goodies. There is some rust on the body due to the vehicle's age but it has never had any heavy usage hauling or otherwise. Three trips to Florida, two to Boston taking our son to college with a trailer, and one to NYC plus around town and scouting miles. All comfortable and safe. I am having our mechanic go over it and give it a tune up to make sure all is well and in proper condition. For starters, It conversion is by TMC, their highest and best conversion they do . All seats and the powered electric bed are blue leather and is excellent condition except for some cracking on the driver's chair. There is an aftermarket AM/FM/CD/Cassette player in the dash plus in the rear there is another AM/FM/Cassette player. The TV and VHS tape player are mounted so all but the forward riders can see the Screen, plus the Van has built in Nintendo Game system with control plug ins at all seats in the rear. All audio from all sources, TV,front radio, rear radio run through a sound controller which the rider at any seat can select which of the entertainment devices he wishes to use so that each person in the van can listen to only what he/she wants through headphones. Plus if all agree on the same thing there are a full complement of quality speakers throughout the van. Net, above the doghouse are two electronic cup holders which can either heat or cool your drinks for the front passengers. Believe me, this is handy! The driver also can control the master audio in the van from the front. Next feature is a solar charger on the roof which will recharger the battery in case the vehicle is off and the entertainment users wear the battery down. There is also an automatic battery cut off in those situations so the battery will never be depleted below the point that the engine will not start. This only got used once by me BUT it was worth having when it did happen! The cabinetry in the van is all real wood and the lighting is excellent for mood lighting or individual reading lamps at all positions. There are full shades and curtains for complete privacy as well as there are two built in ice coolers just behind the 2nd row of seating and are accessible while driving. Drains for them are built in the van. Other than the regular features of the Van, the tires are in excellent condition, probably have 80% or more left on them. The exhaust system will need work sometime in the near future but is fine right now. Anyway, this Van has treated my family well as they were growing up, but now they are gone and of to their own lives. Hope that it gives the next family lots of enjoyment as well!
