This is my 1982 Toyota pickup. I got the truck a couple years back from a guy the truck was not running he was driving it and something happened he said i would turn over but had a bad sound. I pulled the motor to find a spun rod bearing. I came across a 1986 pickup with a bad frame but good motor so i pulled it and put it in the 82 and just kept doing little things this truck is almost rust free with a few spots on the floor but nothing to bad solid frame/cab/bed. I sanded it down and just rattle can primed and paint to keep surface rust down. took the bed off and undercoated it and cleaned the frame and coated it to. This has been over a year in the works so i know im missing stuff. It needs the brake lines ran from the blocks to the wheel cylinders on all four corners it could use new tailight but it will do the job also front turn signals but the ones will work it has a broke clear lens on the pass headlight. This is all metal no bondo or body work ever done i was shocked to find one like this it has some dings here and there. It needs interior there is alot to be desired there but i guess its all in what u want to do with the truck. It could be a daily driver with alittle more time and not much money or a toy in a matter of a day or two. I have drove it around the yard but know farther then that. I am just ready to let go of it kinda burned out on it. Once again it does need some things to drive on the street but mainly brake lines. I also took the gas tank out and cleaned it and coated it also. I think it had a visor at one time there are some holes along the roof and one on each pillar. The tires are not the best they are 31x10.5x15. If u are interested in the truck i would like for the bidder to come and take a look at the truck i dont think you will be disappointed but i dont want to make anyone unhappy with the truck either. I want to be honest in selling this truck i do believe that this could be a good little truck for someone who wants to do some finishing touches Thanks and good luck -1986 22r with 77,000 changed oil and installed new filter -New radiator -New alternator - New fan -Complete clutch kit plus a new slave cylinder i did that because i was there and didnt want to pull the motor if the old clutch wasnt any good - All new brakes front and rear rotors/pads/calipers/shoes/springs etc -One new axle bearing -New 3 inch body lift - 1 New front fender pass side it had some rust on it -New front bumper -New grille -All new wheel studs -New throttle cable On Jun-20-11 at 11:57:59 PDT, seller added the following information: I am going to throw the old motor and radaitor and all the parts from the old motor and another intake and carb into the auction it will come with the truck its all stock and no promises on condition i dont need it just sitting around in a box.
