This is a 1997 Ford F250 XL Utility Body powered by a 7.3L Power Stroke Turbe Diesel. It is a heavy duty work truck with a Reading body. It has many more dependable diesel miles for the new owner. The 7.3L turbo diesel is strong and purrs along without a miss. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. There is a noticable downshift from second to first gear on occasion. It is two wheel drive. The exterior is in good condition. It is burgundy and white. No major dings or dents. There is a rust spot by the fuel door (see pic). The utility body has many secure compartments for the contractor or handyman. There is a tow package. The brakes, steering and suspension seem good. The tires have about 25% tread left (see pic). The lights and lenses are bright. No windshield cracks. The interior is a basic XL package. The floor is black vinyl. The windows and locks are manual. The bench seat is cloth and has some wear spots (see pic). The radio is factory. The AC is ice cold. The odometer shows 127666 but we are not sure if that is accurate. We are a Maryland Used Car Dealer. We require, on all internet sales, a $200 document fee which covers document, clerical, airport transportation and all other auction related expenses. We can provide a $60 day temporary tag for $50 with proof of insurance. This vehicle is on our lot for a BUY IT NOW price of $5500. This is a no reserve auction.
