2001 Honda Civic EX Coupe 1.7L VTEC Timing Belt/Waterpump Done At 112K Up for auction is a Satin Silver 2001 Honda Civic EX VTEC Coupe. It has 4 brand new Cooper (American Made) Tires. The VTEC engine gives you plenty of power, however still gets dominant gas mileage (35-40 MPG). I wouldn't think twice about hopping in it and driving it cross country as it needs nothing. The car actually sat for quite a while before I purchased it as it had a broken timing belt. I welcomed the repairs as I knew I would have a mechanic completely go through the vehicle and repair it correctly and thoroughly. The head was redone with new valve seals, brand new timing belt and waterpump. So you won't have to worry about that headache/expense for at least another 100K! I also had the Control Arm Bushings, Sway Bar Links, Tires, Tune-up, Oil and Coolant changed at the same time (as recommended by the mechanic). The front bumper had been replaced as the car spun out in a snow storm before I owned it. It was nothing but a cracked front bumper. The title is clean/clear and has never been Rebuilt or Salvaged. The interior is clean and only shows minor imperfections. It is the top of the line EX model, so it has all the available options inside! Power Moonroof, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Factory CD Player, Cruise Control, and COLD A/C! The outside of the car is also very clean! The paint is nice & shiny and the car does not have any rust. Only a few signs of touch-up paint and it is mainly concentrated to the drivers door and roof.
