We purchased this truck from ebay in Nov 2002 - Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 The original ebay advertisement and sale date. It has been in a heated garage since Nov. 02. Original Description: (placed on ebay Nov. 21, 2002) You are bidding on one of the most desirable Model A's every produced in the 1931. This is a Roadster Pickup. You will see a lot of the 28's and 29 A's, but very few of the 31's. This little gem has all the goodies, stone guard, quail, parking lights, etc. The top is new, it has deluxe interior, the paint is very nice, but not Pebble Beach truck, is a head turner. This truck is all steel 100% Ford Parts. I have a lot of pride in this truck, it is a pleasure to drive and enjoy. The motor has been rebuild. It was done by a ford mechanic who had over 30 years experience. It has an oil filter system added to it which is a plus. It has an alternator and a 5 blade fan. I have the original generator and fan blade. The motor is very strong and powerful. It has a new clutch; the brakes are new all cast iron brake drums. The truck stops on a dime. What more can I say. You will not be disappointed in this truck-it took me a while before the previous owner decided to sell it to me and he had it over 15 years. This truck has not been prepped, just washed to remove dust. Vehicle Condition Truck has some scratches on the doors and on the back fender. It has a wear spot on the side panel in the interior from when you put down the clutch The add should say "100% Steel Parts" on the body-no fiberglass parts. The bed and the two back finders have been replaced; motor and mechanical parts are 100% ford parts. Everything else is original Model A Ford Parts.
