This is a RARE, all original 1965 Mercedes Benz 230S. This car has NOT been restored in any way, it was my grandfathers personal car since he bought it new in 1965 (funny story behind the purchase). He drove it during the summer months and occasionally to his home in Florida and back. The paint is original, the frame is original, the interior is original etc. I took it out of storage last year after my grandfather had passes away and did some work to it to make it run and drive safely. See the list below for the parts we replaced/repaired on this car. It is showing the ORIGINAL 50,376 miles on the odometer. This car runs and drives just like it was new. You cannot believe how solid the doors sound when you close them, just like a NEW MB. Im sure that there are a few things that need tinkering to make it "perfect", but its ready to buy, drive, show etc. Things repaired/replaced: 4 new tires New brake master cylinder New front brake lines New cap New rotor New plug wires New spark plugs New tie rod ends more...... This car has an add-on air shock in the rear end suspension with a built-in compressor, which is currently not working. We havent even attempted to get it to work, may fire right up.
