2002 Honda RC51

Its time to sell my toy. I have loved riding this bike for the last 4 years and it has treated me very well. Its one of the most solid rc's ive seen. its had 3 owners the first of which dropped it once and put the crack and scratches in the left side you see in the pictures. On the right side the scratches are from a friend of mine knocking it over on accident in his driveway. With the jardine slip ons this bike sounds amazing, it sets off every car alarm that it drives by (quite fun) and its performance speaks to its engineering. Anyone who knows an rc knows it came out with a suspension built for the track and the torque to go with it. They are no longer made so you are bidding on what will likely become a rarity to see on the road. This rc has seen deals gap several times in its life 3 times from the second owner who is a friend of mine, and three times from myself and has the dragon sticker on the front wheel fender. As far as the add ons that have been made over the years here they are. jardine slip ons a power commander k&n air filters (I do recommend the oems, i just had to try the k&n) slotted brakes braided brake and clutch lines Adjustable foot pegs Sprockets where changed to get some more torque out of the bike the cooling fans have been inverted to provide better cooling while moving last services done chain under 1500miles The clutch was replaced 2 years ago Brake pads where put on about 4k miles ago the rear sprocket is new 800 miles. Has never had anything but repsol oil, last changed 1k miles ago The front fork seals where replaced with under 100 miles on them Tires currently on the bike are pilot powers with roughly 1k miles on them. had a small coolant leak right side that has been fixed it does need to have some bolts that hold the fairings and windscreen on replaced due to wear, some of the plastic ones on the windscreen broke I recommend getting metal ones This is mechanical a solid bike and ready to go for the riding season the only thing it needs is an inspection. serious inquiries only please. payment is to be made with in 7 business days of auction end.
