Vehicle Detail

This 1971 Pontiac Firebird Espirit I have owned for 4 years. I bought it for a project car but I am not able to finish it. Please read all of the description because there is still things that need to be done. Car can real easily be a everyday driver or with a little effort a show winner. 1) Under the hood is a 350 V8. When I bought the car the guy told me he had put in a new timing chain, lifters, Cam, Edlebrock Intake, and 4 barrel carb. that has only 400 miles on them. I have not driven the car much in 4 years but I made sure I started it at least 3 times a month and let it run for 15-20 minutes and the vehicle needs to be timed. I have installed Jeg's Performance Headers and Dual Exhaust on the car(Still have the factory manifolds). The factory A/C has been gutted out but the housing is still there so the factory A/C does not work. Alternator needs replaced. The arm link that goes from your steering shaft to the transmission that kicks you rear back up lights on has been removed for the headers. It can be modified to fit. Transmission does have a slow leak. I'll be happy to email a video of the car running if you like. 2) Car needs to be painted. No panels need to be replaced. Under the rear bumper needs attention but not much. Rock solid car. Floor panels are rock solid. 3) I installed a Formula hood from a '75 Formula that has some cracks in the front(shown in photo's), but in fair shape. You also get the factory hood. 4) Windshield was cracked when I bought it and I removed it and the back glass. Needs a new windshield installed and the rear glass is good just needs installed. The trim on the doors, windshield, and back glass are in good enough shape for an everyday driver. 5)The Nose Emblem and rear Pontiac letters are new. 6) I have installed Front Spoiler, Wheel Flares, and Rear Spoiler. 7) When I bought the car it had American Racing wheels on it so I bought a used set of 14" Rally 2 wheels that are ok for an everyday driver but could be reconditioned for a show car. Tires need replaced. The tires are for storage only and they do not match. 8)The fuel gauge and the A.M/F.M Radio does not work so I'm thinking it might be fuse. I bought a new heater core that needs installed. 9) The brake lights work sometimes but the switch on the brake pedal is loose, but is an easy fix. 10) I bought a new trunk lock with keys that need to be installed. 11) The interior was Blue when I bought the car but I dyed the seats, console, and door panels black. The Dashpad cover, carpet, and headliner are new. The Driver's seat has a rip in the center. 12) Make sure you bring a box trailer or a hauler that you can towe the car, hood, and extra parts. 13) Has a new Owners Manual There it is! Nice project car that needs Some TLC. The buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up. A $500.00 non refundable deposit must be deposited in my pay pal account within 48 hours after auction.
