1982 Lincoln Continental Givenchy Edition Here is a neat old Lincoln. Powered by a 302 Fuel Injected V8 with Automatic Transmission. Full Power Options. I will list the "Good" and the "Bad" so you will be fully informed. First, The GOOD: Just drove it on a 2 hour highway cruise with cruise control set at 72. Rides like a dream. No shimmys or shakes. Drives as it should. All the power switches work as they should except for the drivers back and forth seat switch, will be replaced by close of auction. Has Digital Dash. Has a huge moonroof that works great. Engine runs super quiet, no noises or rattles or clanks. Cant really even hear it run! Has wheels and tires off a 96 Continental. Looks awesome. Great color combination with black and silver! The BAD: Has a once over paint job. Looks good but has some laquer check underneath. Has a little hesitation but i assume it is an injector and will be replacing it over the weekend. Moonroof leaks when water is sprayed directly into it. Needs a seal. AC needs charged. Compressor cycles but needs more freon. Thats pretty much the long and short of it. To summarize: Its a very cool looking car that draws a ton of looks but its not a "Show Car" by ANY means. It is a very neat looking and driving old lincoln. Great weekender to tinker with. Selling with NO RESERVE Bid to OWN!!! Dont bid if you dont intend to pay!!
