HARD TO FIND, this 2002 Forester is a senior owned (my folks), one owner 5 speed manual "S+" model. It has every option except leather. Selling simply as the folks are downsizing and bought a new Outback last year, for daily use. No need for 2 cars. Note: AutoCheck shows two owners, it is a documented one owner vehicle, purchased at Mastro Subaru in Tampa. The cloth/velour seats are very easy to keep clean and show very little wear. Subarus are known for being long wearing and this one is a perfect example. Has front towing setup for RV use. Also has Subaru dealer installed towing package that was used mainly for me to hit me shin on and curse whenever visiting. Cross rails for the roof are included, as well as the cargo tray and all weather mats. The Forester has a full size spare tire and wheel, cargo cover for the rear area, GIANT moonroof that slides open and cold weather package which includes heated front seats, wiper area and side mirrors. This car is dealer maintained (mostly at Mastro Subaru in Tampa). It has already had the timing belt changed there. Ready for another 105K! Mechanically, this car is in great shape. It needs nothing. It has been maintained well. If you want to drive to California, change the oil and go west. It's ready. Good tires all around, recently serviced. Cosmetically, it has some typical dings and chips, both from careless parkers and a little senior park by feel (sorry, Dad) ;) The biggest mark is the rear cargo door, which, I am told, was attacked by the garage door frame. (he backed up and forgot the door was up...). It operates fine. Overall, a very nice solid Subaru that runs great, feels tight and sure footed on the highway and locally. It is being used daily and the miles will be nominally higher due to daily use. It's not new, isn't perfect, but is overall, very nice, clean and runs great. Please only bid if you are serious.
