I have a very nice condition 1983 Buick Regal T-Type. 3.8 Liter Turbo V6. It is all stock and factory except for the Holley carb., cold air intake (stock is in the trunk), and Grant GT steering wheel. 134k miles and has had a repaint years ago. Body is very straight and just a few rust spots. The paint on the Hood,roof and trunk are in bad shape. Missing door bumper trim on pass. side. I bought this car as a project and drove it home about 15 miles. The motor has very heavy blow by. Must be a ring or two bad. It blows a lot of smoke and oil from the valve cover vent! But it did not blow any oil out of the tail pipe. (I had someone follow me). I did run the boost up and there was some valve chatter.(no knock sensor) But no motor rod or crank knock. The motor sounds good, just a lot of blow by. Trans shifted fine and even firm. Steering is good and brakes OK. It is the Hydro-boost and I would change it if I kept the car. Interior is great! AC is unpluged and I have not tried it. But everything is there and in place. Heater hoses have been cut to bypass the heater core, so I will have to say "sold as leaking heater core". Please understand that this car can not be driven home, and that the motor is hurt! It will need to be gone into! Also included is a Stock standard 3.8" bore 3.8 xxxxx290 turbo block, stock turbo pistons and rods, turbo fillet crank, and front cover with oil pump and timing chain. Also a pair of turbo 8445 heads. I supply a link for pics as there are many. I am selling because I have a chance at another project, but this has to go first. I do have it listed local and may end the auction early if it sells local.
