Up for auction is a fine example of a 2001 BMW 330CI convertible. This car is absolutely stunning and is in excellent condition inside and out. This is a no excuse car which has been well maintained. I have service records during my ownership and some from the previous owners. We bought this car a year ago and have been so impressed with it's performance and handling that we've decided to buy a new one. let me go over some of the features of this car. EXTERIOR: What can you say about about an exterior which is virtually flawless. There isn't a scratch or major flaw anywhere. It's even hard to find any road chips but there are a couple. The power convertible top is perfect and fits tight when driving. The top goes up and down without any problems. The red pin stripe adds a nice touch to the Steel Gray paint. All the exterior work lights perfectly and the headlights feature xenon lamps. The tires are like new mounted on M3 style wheels which are part of the sport package. The rear wheels are larger than the front by design. The brakes are recent and while the brakes were being replaced the calipers were painted red. Really set's it off nicely. INTERIOR: The interior is just as good as the exterior. The red Tannin leather seats are excellent and each seat has 8 way power with memory on the drivers seat, The door panels are excellent with no wear as well as the dash and carpeting. All electronic features work perfectly including the automatic temperature control, am/fm/cd radio, power windows, seats, tilt wheel, steering wheel controls and all gage functions. The dash has switches for the power top and Dynamic Stability Control which all work perfectly. All interior lights work and a dual 12 volt power source has been added for charging cell phone or etc. The aluminum trim on the dash and doors looks great. The rear view mirror includes the homelink feature with the anti-dazzle mirror. Also this is a non-smoking vehicle. MECHANICAL: The car was recently serviced by BMW of Columbia for some oil leaks which are symptom of these cars. All leaks fixed and ready to go. The oil and filters have been changed. Car starts right up and drives great at highway speeds. I'm amazed how tight the top fits at highway speeds. Absolutely quiet. The Steptronic transmission shifts smoothly and can be shifted manually if you prefer. Great on those winding roadways. As noted your driving on virtually brand new tires and brakes so no worries here, Temperature gage stays half way up the gage no matter how your driving. FEATURES: Besides the standard BMW features the options include Steptronic transmission, in dash cd player, park distance control, sport package, xenon lights, aluminum interior trim, home link and anti-dazzle mirror and power soft top. The convertible cars also have the rollover protection feature. Also included are 2 new keys for 2 separate drivers. Each key can be programmed to adjust seats, mirrors and etc. The owner manual and original vhs tape about the features of the car is included as well as a BMW service manual if you plan do service the car yourself. OVERALL: As noted above this car is in excellent shape for a 2001. We get complements everywhere we go. The BMW styling is timeless and this car represents that timeless styling very well.
