Up for auction is a 1939 Ford Standard Sedan. The car was sold but the buyer never completed payment so I am relisting. Please if you bid have the intent to complete the transaction. If you have feedback of less than 5 please contact me before bidding. A very nice original, straight and near perfect condition both interior and exterior. This beautiful car is an older restoration (approx. 7 years) but you one look would think it was done last year. It has been restored with the utmost care to keep it's 1939 luster right down to the 6 volt electrical system. Interior has been done in the period correct Mohair. Everything on this classic car works; vacumn operated windshield wipers, interior dome light, crank out front windshield, am radio, clock, interior gauge lights along with the exterior lights. Also included is file of paperwork, shop and owners manual, interior car cover and duster from California Car Company. Chrome is in fantastic condtion. Frame and Body in fabulous condition along with paint. Flathead V-8 runs smooth, transmission shifts effortlessly; a true fun car drive; if it's a date night with your girl or grabbing ice cream with your children or grandchildren it always brings smiles. The only additions I am aware of is the banjo style steering wheel, dual exhaust, clock and additional mirror on the driver side. The car is a fine example of a beautiful 1939 era car. The car is a solid 9 on a scale of 10 being perfect. I do have the car for sale locally so I will reserve the right to end the auction early.
