Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1994 Pontiac Trans Am GT, 25th Anniversary Edition. I bought this in 1994, had to finance it through my parents company because I didn't have credit, and sweated blood to pay the thing off. This was my second Trans Am, and I babied this thing... it has never been abused or mistreated. It has spent the last several years used infrequently due to my work abroad, so I feel it needs to be with an owner who has more time for it than I. It has only 52,142 actual miles on it, and has routinely been serviced at Kemper Pontiac (now Kemper Kia). Only put about 50 miles on new F1 tires (all 4- 245/50ZR16) and EBC Sport Rotors and EBC pads (all 4). Car is stock except for SLP cat-back exhaust (not the loud mouth exhaust). Only problems I ever had with the car was an a.c. compressor that needed to be replaced, and the driver's side window was replaced in '06 with an oem matching PPG window (due to vandalism). I recommend replacing the outdated 1994 car alarm with something more modern, and replacing the stock am/fm cassette with a cd player. The car sounds so amazing with the T-tops off that you might not need a cd player... you might want to just listen to the exhaust note. This 25th Anniversary Trans Am GT has the T-tops, and also the 4-speed Auto transmission (with trans perform button) for it's LT-350 V-8 motor. Car is in great shape considering it is from 1994. Interior is in outstanding condition, with only minor wear on the outer portion of the driver's seat. The carpeting is outstanding, as is the passenger and back seats and trunk. No leaks, no weird noises, everything works, the a.c. is cold and more importantly- it still is an eye turner and will soon qualify for "classic" car plates. The only faults I can find are some exterior ones and they are minor at that, butI have included pics of them in the spirit of full disclosure, and will include $1000 worth of parts/decals so if you choose to return this car to new shape you can: side mirrors plastic is showing wear and probably could use some touching up; rear fascia has a small ding with some minor scratching near the ding; roof stripe decal behind the T-tops needs to be replaced and I WILL INCLUDE an OEM replacement; I will also INCLUDE an OEM roof stripe and front fascia 25th bird (though it still is in great shape); I will also INCLUDE an OEM rear spoiler stripe (though it is still in great shape); new OEM passenger rocker panel (though the crack on the rocker panel isn't noticeable, you've still got a rare new one to replace it with); new driver/passenger OEM door handles included; new OEM driver window switch pack included; new OEM passenger window switch included; new OEM 25th wheel centers included. I will also include a new in box die cast model of the car, a new model kit, and a vintage 25th brochure of the car as well as the original window sticker. You won't find a better performing, cooler looking car for the price I am offering... plus the $1000.00 in parts I am including! On Jun-06-11 at 15:50:08 PDT, seller added the following information:I'm getting many inquiries so I'll try to answer the most frequent here: this TA was never driven in the winter months to avoid road salts; the steering wheel radio controls where replaced last year and work great; the air bladder seat controls work great; a.c. works great; flip-up headlights and fog lamps work fine; car had underbody coating when purchased; no major rust issues affecting this car; OEM spare tire is unused and still in there; trunk and rear seats look like they did when new; exterior paint looks nice, but remember this car is from 1994 and isn't from Jay Leno's garage, so it won't be showroom new. It still looks damn good and is far from needing any restoration.
