RARE 1969 MONZA COUPE #341: 7600 ORIGINAL MILES Completely original, unrestored car - never any rust repair or accident repair. NO RUST on any body panels, no undercoating or repainting under the car. When you see this car you will know it is original and untouched! Garnet Red / Black Interior, 110 HP, PowerGlide. AM Radio, Soft Ray Tinted Glass, Factory oil bath air cleaner, door and gas door edge gaurds. Sold new Capital Chevrolet - Salt Lake City, dry western car always. 3 owners, always inside. Recently removed from long term warehouse storage. Runs as new - no rattles, squeeks, or drifting. Complete and stock as new. Original spiral shocks, spare tire, jack, coils with stickers still on. Original starter motor, alternator, all smog parts intact and perfect working order. Original exhaust system and muffler. **Original Hubcaps – the mags on this car are not mine! They are on for the pictures only! The interior seats are original and perfect with no tears, fading or seam splits. The carpet is original. The headliner is perfect original, all seat belts are perfect original. The gauges and dash faces are perfect original, no scratches. There is slight paint flaking on the metal above the radio and on the black paint on the top of drivers door. This is fairly common in original 1969s as there was no primer applied to the metal. Radio, heater, wipers, all lights interior and exterior work perfectly. There are no tears or rips on the door panels or anywhere in the car. There is a small ¾” crack in the dash that is hard to see. The front & rear windshield has never been removed, there is NO RUST REPAIR anywhere on the dash along the cowl. Recent maintenance: Original carburators rebuilt, new belts, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, condenser, Clarks gas lines. New battery, new Clarks original style battery cables. All engine shrouds removed, cleaned, and powdercoated to original paint tones. Completely resealed with Clarks viton rings and new gaskets. The engine compartment is super clean and original from the factory. New brake lines, wheel cylinders. Original velvet touch brake pads. The top rr valve cover bolts are stripped and need to be rethreaded. The trunk is clean, no rust. Original unrestored splatter paint. Looks great. The underside is super clean with original red paint. There is surface rust on the cross member and other parts - but nothing that needs repair - just shows age. The wheel wells are perfect with the original factory applied light spray of undercoat. You can still see the red paint around the edges. This car has original paint that is flaking and scratched. To be a show car it will need a new paint job. But it also can be shown in the original class with minor touch ups to the original paint. There are minor dings from doors here and there. Someone dropped something on the right rear, I have shown that ding in the picture. There is no accident repair work anywhere on this car. From 10 feet it looks as new – but will need paint. I did not want to paint the car because it is only original once! There is nothing to hide. This could be one of the finest 1969s anywhere with a quality paint job. A rare, beautiful and fun driver. Waiting for another enthusiastic owner.
