Up for bid, 1946 Lincoln Twelve. Sometimes called the Zephyr. It is a Model 66H. This car is all original including paint, interior, engine, drivetrain and mileage. It is in great drive home condition. I have had it for about 4 years and have decided to move on to something else. I have spent quite a bit of money over the last couple years to get it as roadworthy as it is. Here is the list 1. new motor mounts 2. 4 new radiator hoses 3. wheel cylinders 4. spark plug wires 5. had the coil rebuilt 6. new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, front seal 7. oil pan gasket 8. 4 new Coker wide whitewall tires, $500.00 value. Have driven less than 500 miles on them 9.tie rod ends 10. rebuilt the carb and fuel pump 11. rebuilt the hydraulic windows, all 4 work as they should 12. new gas tanks and sending unit This car is not perfect but has the nice patina everyone is looking for. A few scrapes and dings but ABSOLUTELY NO RUST OR BONDO. Interior is probably the weakest point. Moths have gotten to it before I had it. I put a seat cover over the bottom of the back seat. A few holes in the headliner. The heater isn't hooked up, but all the components are there. Radio has rare foot control. It comes on but doesn't pick up anything, Wipers are there but don't work. Overdrive works great but is activated by dash mounted toggle switch, The parts to make it auotmatic are there. I never had time to sort it out. The toggle switch works fine. Paint has great shine but could be inhanced to brilliant if you would take the time to buff it out. I never got around to it. This car never let me down and is always a hit at the shows
