I will go head and answer it. The truck is Turbo Diesel not. I have made a mistake and put gas. Mechanically the truck is great. All options work fine. Yes it has four new tires two front tires and two rear tires are new. The other two on the back have about 40% on them. Just service the AC and install new Motor blower. The body is good. Of course it will have some dents and scratches. It is a tow truck. The bed has been painted. I do not have the chains or Kojack . one of the wheel is bent it . Please see the pictures.
