2001 Infiniti QX4 – Drivable! Description:For sale is my 2001 Infiniti QX4. On the 24th of April I rear ended another vehicle and am selling my QX4 as is. The SUV is still drivable and nothing in the engine compartment is touching the belts or the fan. The only mechanical damage to the car is a punctured radiator. Coolant and windshield washer solution are the only fluids being leaked. The A/C, brakes, power steering, engine, 4wd, transmission, xenon lights, etc… all operate properly. The damage is primarily cosmetic as the airbags did not deploy, the headlights still work fine, and the only dash light illuminated is the windshield washer fluid indicator. The steering is not affected and you will be able to drive the QX4 onto a trailer or you can replace the radiator and drive it home. I saved the grill which came loose in the accident and the below-engine shroud which I removed for photos.I have owned this QX4 for the past 5-years and have kept it in top condition. I have always run full synthetic oil and will provide all maintenance records with the sale. I also have a clear title in hand along with a cargo net, floor mats, owner’s manuals, 2-sets of keys with fobs, etc… The transmission shifts smoothly and effortlessly, the engine starts immediately and has plenty of power. Six months ago I had the vehicle inspected by Infiniti of Greenville and had a number of parts replaced that typically wear on a high mileage vehicle (O2 sensors, alternator, starter, gaskets, cabin filter, etc…).Items to Note:1) The radio and tape deck work find but the CD changer no longer functions2) The passenger and driver seats don’t always move forward or backwards3) One of the wooden doors that flip over the cup holders in the center console is broken and does not “flip” properly.4) The passenger and driver’s seats have some cracking near the seat controls.Final Word:A $500.00 deposit is due through paypal within 24-hours of the auction end and the vehicle must be picked up within 5 days of the auction end. I have taken excellent care of my QX4 (other than the accident) and am sure you will be pleased with her mechanical and physical condition.
