1974 Olympic Blue Porsche 914 in excellent condition. 1.8 and 2.0 engines. Original 1.8 litre engine in great running condition, All original L-Jetronic fuel injection. New injector seals. New clutch and pressure plate and throw-out bearing, re-bushed pedal assembly with new pads, resealed oil cooler, and all oil galley plugs replaced. 5 speed transmission shifts excellent. Body is excellent, no rust. Car has been repainted in original Olympic Blue with the exception of the front trunk, which is original paint. New front and rear trunk seals, new inner and outer door seals, new window seals top and rear, new top front seal (NOS German), new top rear seal (NOS German), new front turn signals and side markers with new seals, NOS Porsche rear marker panel dealer "914" option with electric trunk solenoid and NOS manual latch and cable in bag. Original rear Turn signals in good condition, original rear bumper pad in very good condition, NOS front bumper pad in excellent condition. New German pebble finish vinyl on side sails and roll bar. Interior is Excellent. New German basket-weave vinyl on dash, Dash is really nice with one small crack as seen in picture, Back drop is re-upholstered, seats are re-upholstered with matching vinyl and basket-weave cloth in centers, door vinyl is original with top roll reupholstered to match the other vinyl. New high quality hand-made carpet kit copied from original patterns, middle storage box also reupholstered to match. Middle instrument console panel is all original, guages all work. Main gauges on dash all work, the 150 mph trip speedo was rebuilt by Palo Alto Speedometer and reset to "0" on completion of resto. It now reads 804. Bulbs were replaced with LED's. Rear trunk carpet and pad is original, front trunk carpeted panel is original. Comes with two Targa tops both in excellent condition. Nice in dash JVC stereo with hidden Kicker amp, 4 speakers. Brakes are excellent. Front are BMW 320i callipers machined to spec, 19mm 911 master cylinder, stock rebuilt calipers in rear. Yes, the E-brake works. All original components in good working order are included with the sale. Front end is now using the Turbo Tie rod kit with rack spacers. Original tie rods, boots are included. Struts are now Bilsteins. Included in the sale is a rebuilt 1974 2.0 litre D jetronic fuel injected engine, 2.0 heat exchangers, 2.0 original muffler, hanger, and various tin. Engine has about 400 hundred miles on it. Proffesionally built, nice un-cracked rebuilt 3 stud heads, new bearings, new cam, rebuilt crank, new pistons and cylinders, new flywheel, new clutch and pressure plate. New injectors and seals, fuel injection works great. Engine was removed only to replace the D-jetronic injection because the builder gave it back with Webbers on it. I did not want to replace the injection with it in the car, leaning on my new paint, so I re-sealed my trusty 1.8 and put it back in. the 1.8 ran so well I got involved with other things like two children and a new house and the 914 has been neglected ever since. By the way, it didn't run too bad with the carbs, it ran OK. However, the cam is a fuel injection cam not designed for carbs. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I'll help in any way I can. Because of all the extras that come with, you'll need extra cargo capacity at the pick up. Please examine the pictures closely as they are an important part of my description. Ebay will allow 24 pics, but I have about 90. If you want to see something specific, I probably have it.
