Up for auction, a highly collectible, exceptionally rare and unique 1978 Cadillac Seville Opera Coupe. This custom built automobile was specially constructed. It sold new at a cost of over $65,000. It has been owned by an elderly gentleman for over 30 years. This vehicle has been gently used and shows no signs of abuse or misuse. The hood, doors and trunk open and close nicely they do not sag or appear misaligned. In addition, there is no rust in the frame, rockers, door jams, quarter panels, etc..However, the car does have a few chips and scratches. There is some minor blistering by the lower edge of the roof, but this is not as a result of rust, rot or rust through. However, it is simply a blister that was formed due to the body modification from 4 door to 2 door and would require light sanding prime and repaint. The drivetrain is in great condition while the engine and transmission are very strong. Transmission shifts through all gears smoothly and all electrical components appear to be functioning properly. All windows work along with power seats, wipers, horn, turn signals, lights, radio and CD player, heater, etc...All of the glass is in excellent condition no chips or cracks.
